Every pair of swim goggles comes with a factory anti-fog coating, and within a few weeks it wears off. That's when the fog creeps in mid-set and you start thinking about buying a new pair. Your goggles aren't broken, it's just the anti-fog!
FOG OFF! is a clear anti-fog film for swimming goggles. Some swimmers call it an anti-fog sticker or an anti-fog insert: a thin, optically clear patch that sticks to the inside of each lens and stops condensation forming. One application gives you 3+ months of fog-free swims (based on 3+ swims a week), with nothing to spray, spit or rinse before every session.
Remove the old factory coating, press a patch onto each clean, dry lens, then dip your goggles in water and gently rub the film to activate it. Do that quick dip-and-rub before each swim and the film stops condensation forming on the lens. It reaches full strength over your first 2 to 3 swims. See the step-by-step application guide.
One size fits racing goggles, training goggles, open water and triathlon goggles, and kids' goggles. It also fits prescription swim goggles and keeps them clear, but the film itself doesn't change your prescription. Each pack has 2 patches, one for each lens.
If the strap, seal and lenses are fine, fog is no reason to replace your goggles. Keep the pair that already fits your face and give it a new anti-fog layer instead. Every pair you keep is 23g of plastic kept out of landfill, and 20% of our profits fund cataract surgery for kids through CBM.
Broken strap, leaking seal or cracked lens? Time for a new pair. Fog isn't.
